Information you choose to provide
When you submit a contact, visibility audit, proposal, domain overview, or SEO checker form, TeamSoda may receive the fields shown in that form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, work email, company, website, primary market, phone number, message, and growth goal. Do not submit passwords, private URLs, confidential credentials, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share.
How form and website information is used
TeamSoda uses submitted information to provide the requested website check, respond to an inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare a relevant follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain submission records, and improve the website experience. Public website URLs submitted to automated tools may be fetched to inspect observable homepage and crawl-file signals. A tool result is a limited technical snapshot, not a complete audit or performance prediction.
Email registration and consent
The six-month SEO Plan tool uses one required checkbox to request delivery of the private plan and registration for practical SEO, AI-search, and occasional Team Soda emails. Other forms may offer email updates separately. TeamSoda sends a verification email and does not activate future marketing messages until the recipient confirms. The consent wording, source, version, and confirmation time are recorded so the choice can be verified.
Unsubscribe and email preferences
TeamSoda emails include access to email preferences. You may unsubscribe from updates and offers or stop non-essential automated email without signing in. Requested reports can still be delivered when you intentionally run a new check. TeamSoda administrators can apply an opt-out or suppression in the Form Submissions system, but cannot subscribe an address without the recipient's confirmation.
Storage, delivery, and service providers
Form submissions may be stored in the website's lead database and, when the TeamSoda WordPress integration is active, forwarded to TeamSoda's WordPress administration area. Notification and receipt emails may be processed by configured hosting or email providers. TeamSoda does not sell submitted contact information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website, comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention, security, and your choices
TeamSoda retains submission records only as long as reasonably needed for the requested conversation, operations, security, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
